This project was unique not only in the fact that it was my first shipped title, but also because it was the first March Madness title to be released on the PS2. It was essentially a port of NBA Live 2001, EA's first version of that game on the PS2. We worked along side developers from EA Canada to incorporate code updates from NBA Live team as they were developing thier next version. At the same time, we were trying to add college gameplay features and branding to make the game a different experience from the NBA product.
