After March Madness 2002 got slammed in the reviews for not having a season or dynasty mode, the consensus was that this was the main area to concentrate the next game's development on. Building on the code that was already in place, we were able to use the season and dynasty modes in NCAA Football as a model of what we wanted to get into the game. The turnaround for this game needed to be quick so it could be out in time for the start of the college basketball season. We finished in about 10 months and the critics were more sastisfied with our effort.
